The Reader is a collection of texts, bound together by a unifying theme or idea. The texts that make up the Reader are short, discrete, and independent, however, when placed together, they form an easily digestible whole. By collecting a series of seemingly disparate texts in such a way, the Reader presents a new and coherent context for the ideas within each text.
